Steps for hourly rental cabs booking:

1. Select your pickup location.
2. Select your pickup time and package (in case of hourly rentals). You can book 45 minutes to 48 hours in advance.
3. Select your payment method.
4. Confirm your ride. No need to worry about driver cancellation. 
5. Enjoy your ride and get down to the destination, refreshed. Pay through cash/wallet after completing your ride.

Steps to book airport taxi services:

1. At the IGI Airport, head to the BluSmart Pickup Zone at Level 2, Multi-Level Car Parking (above Uber and Ola Pickup zones) at T3 or walk over to the BluSmart kiosk at T1 & T2.

2. Generate a PIN instantly from the kiosk or BluSmart app. Or use the one generated during the ride scheduled.

3. Get into the first available cab and share the PIN with the driver.

4. Enjoy your ride and get down to the destination. Pay through cash/wallet after completing your ride.

5. For pickups from the Bengaluru Airport, schedule your cab, enter your destination & voila!

I prebooked a ride from railway station and asked the driver whether he will come or not. He asked me to walk as to avoid traffic near railway station. I walked nearly a kilometre with luggage only for the driver to not pick up the call afterwards. And there is no option to lodge a complaint or any customer support.

Gave me ample coupon code to use. Once I added money in the wallet. They removed all coupon codes (single session). Seems like a bad business ethic to me.  

And now they will take 3-4 working days to refund the amount. No option for instant refund. Idiotic.

Ola Uber will die the day BlueSmart decide to not restrict themselves to airport transfer only. I will take them even at higher price if the ever decide to ride within city and not only airport transfer.

There is no proper escalation mechanism at the time of cancellation from driver’s end. My cab driver asked me to cancel and rebook the cab citing low car charge issue. Tried to escalate the issue to customer service agent (Mr. Bunty), but the agent disconnected my chat thrice without providing solution. Finally had to book Uber at last minute.

This company is scamster. They take money in advance in wallet for a ride booked in advance and do not send any car at the schedule, nor even notify. Another time we booked for premium car, they sent normal car and promised us that as token of sorry and delivery failure they wont be charging us for this ride but not only they charged us but also charged the premium rate for the non premium car. Their chat support is also bad, took 30 minutes to address my issue properly and without any way to track any refund status.
