The app works at times and not always. When I am trying to make a reservation, it says that I need to use UPI even when I select the pay cash later option. I try to make a rental reservation and it only says that it is not available in that area at the last step.

While the cab service is excellent and drivers are great (they are often ahead of time), the customer service is quite bad. the apps interface with paytm, phonepe, gpay is no longer working , forcing me to default to cash option. After trying customer service 3 times, I’ve reached a dead end. They say the problem is the payment app and I don’t know how to fix it. Nor is it believable that 3 payment apps would have a problem.
The help section has a bot, but 3 times in a row I have not recieved a redressal for late running cabs.

BluSmart is a step above Uber! Very nice and convenient, when you have a car that is clean and driver that is polite and pleasant. I would have given 5 stars but there has been many times when the driver have tried to scam me for money, due to me being an American diplomat. If all the drivers were trustworthy, it would definitely be a 5 star company but sometimes, I get better service from Uber, here in India.
I love the service, but I hate how the app annoys me 10 times a day with ad notifications. Yes, I know I can take a rental to go shopping, I don't need my phone to ping to remind me. Better apps allow me to turn off ad notifications. Including the Uber app. Blusmart forces me to choose between missing ride notifications and getting constantly annoyed. Please fix.
The driver came to the wrong location because of a bug with the app. I tried to explain the correct location to him but he couldn't understand. Customer support was completely useless in helping and just told me to call the driver.
