Quite a bold statement in the above header I perhaps hear you say?
My very easy answer is quite simple…….
IT IS PERFECTLY TRUE!

I HONESTLY TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS APP!

And you will see for yourselves the reasons why I do recommend using this record keeper. But also just how crucial & beneficial the options available within it are!

 ‘Fraid this Review is rather loooong, it is deffo worth reading right to the end (even if I do say so myself, lol). 
Actually, before pressing ‘send’ on here, I did copy it out into my email and forwarded to my friend and carer to get their views on it. And that’s what they said about my Review in reply. 

Sooooo, hold on tight folks, off we go……..

Been using this invaluable App since April ‘22 when I had a heart attack aged 55. Had two stents fitted in my arteries. 
Obviously I was put on heart, angina, blood pressure & blood thinner meds to hopefully prevent another attack. 

In hospital, “My Vitals” were taken and recorded every 4 hours, even during the night - of blood pressure, BPM and Oxygen levels. 
So I was concerned about keeping an eye on My Vitals once I was back at home recovering AND for the future. Therefore I purchased both a BP Monitor and an Oximeter. 

Once I received these, rather than writing them down in a notebook, I went looking for a suitable App in order to keep a record of My Vitals. 
Found lots of Apps - some good, some ok and some bad.

This particular App, I found to be excellent - prompts you to tap in BP and heart BPM which is part of what I needed the App to do. The other part was that I also wanted to be able to record my Oxygen levels too. I simply tap these into the  Notes section. JOB DONE.

To the App Makers - Thankyou very much for creating a great App which has done a lot for my reassurance and confidence during the last year.😎

However, not only that, but it also provides patterns to My Vitals over different time frames. 
I can’t tell you how extremely helpful this was to me, XXX no of months after my Stents Operation when this record keeping App enabled me to see a pattern of “my low BP”. 
Too low in fact!

And what this App also enabled me to do was - both manually show these records on my phone to my Carer AND most importantly to my GP. 
There is also the option to forward them by email to said people too. Anyone you want in fact. 

As a result of my GP seeing the low BP I was experiencing, she decided an immediate intervention was required.
