Security
Your BM Online offers you a secure and trusted Mobile Banking experience through:
• User ID
• WAS authentication
• Transaction Password
1. Click on the Register button from the Login page.
2. Insert your BM Internet Banking National ID, select Card Type and the enter your card and accept the terms & conditions.
3. Insert your card details like Pin/Expiry.
4. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
5. Key in a valid user id and password and you are now connected to your Bank.

حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل يعني الفيزا بتاعتي دخلت المكنة مطلعتش من يوم الجمعة وكلمت خدمة العملاء امبارح قالي انه هيوقفهالي واروح اعمل بدل فاقد واروح انهاردة الموظفة تقولي تيجي تلغيها بعد ١٤ يوم عشان هي شخصية وتعملي واحدة تانية واطلع برا اتصل على خدمة العملاء يقولي اني اطلع بدل فاقد ولو عملوا حاجة اتصل من جوا الفرع ولما دخلت وقالتلي نفس الكلام اتصلت على خدمة العملاء وكلمته ويقوم يقولي المتاح عندك ف الفرع معرفش ايه؟!!!!!! حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم انا كل مرة هروح اربع خمس مرات بس عشان اطلع حتة فيزا وهي واقفة في المكنك كمان مش واقعة مني حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل تالت ودي اخر مرة تعامل معاكم

Update 2/Nov/2024:
Finally, now it supports login with Face ID 🎉

Old review:
Overall the app is great. The problem is that it doesn't allow me to login using face id or using password managers. Each time I want to login I have to manually enter my username and password. My password is complex so it's a pain in the *** to login into my account. Also sessions expire very quickly which makes it even harder.

Please add the ability to login using Face ID or at least allow to login using password managers like OnePassword or Bitwarden or others....

I really love the app, especially with the latest update that supports Face ID! However, I find it a bit frustrating that I can’t activate Face ID on multiple devices. Having to type my username and password every time I use my iPad or another phone makes the experience less convenient

بعد التحديث واضافه faceid   
وعند اجراء عمليه تحويل بالبرنامج واستخدام الكود من سوفت توكين اكثر من مرة يقول الرمز غلط
قمت بحذف سوفت توكن ولم أتمكن من التفعيل
….
بعد محاولات كثيرة  تم التفعيل بعد التسجيل فى bm   فقط باسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور وليس faceid

انا سجلت كذا اقتراح من قبل عن طريق خدمه العملاء بان يتم اضافه معاملات التقسيط الخاصه بالتجار لكارت الائتمان مثل ظهور معاملات التقسيط الخاصه بالبنك وتم التحدث الى خدمه العملاء كثير وتم ارسال الاقتراح اكثر من مره منذ فتره طويله ولم يتم تحديث الابلكيشن واضافه المعاملات الخاصه بالتجار الى الان مع العلم ان هذه المشكله تحدث مشاكل كثيره وهى عدم معرفه الاقساط المتبقيه والاقساط التى تم دفعها لماذا كل هذا التاخير ؟؟؟
