## BMPRO RVMaster - TMC Reviews in United States

### **--- "Please make the exhaust fan closable when the van is on"
Every time I get in my van and I’m ready to leave. I always forget to close the exhaust fan and the awning. It won’t let me close either unless I turn the vehicle completely off. This is a safety feature that doesn’t serve a good purpose. Please update.
I really enjoy the remote controls through Bluetooth and WiFi on this app though. It just needs a few fixes.
-- Bevuarly, 2026-04-07

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
This app should be a blessing to control your coach remotely but it doesn’t work. App and tablet are up to date, Bluetooth paired, wifi connected. Cannot get app to log in on phone. Keeps trying to make me connect to Bluetooth and won’t go past that. Needs work badly.
-- FlamingosFinest, 2026-01-25

### *---- "Not all screens have the button at the bottom. Not easy to pair"
Pretty sad it doesn’t work for my iPhone
-- huynh lilly, 2025-04-17

### ****- "Works great on phone"
Having the app on my phone is a game changer. It lags a bit but still great to control everything from your phone.

Also you you could update app to close vent while driving would be great
-- mudusmarine, 2024-09-28

### *---- "Poor response with iphone app"
Android is very responsive, but the iphone app is extremely lagging
-- Fscotth1, 2024-08-30

### *---- "Pairing"
App will not pair
-- Lynn7823, 2024-08-09

### *---- "Cloud Control Not Reliable"
I have been having issues with accessing the Cloud server via Wi-Fi for weeks now. It looked like the server was back up and functionality restored, but the app generally goes gray after a few minutes. Or, it will show a device I select “turn on”, but in the RV the device does not turn on. Shortly thereafter attempting to turn on, the app goes gray again. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I have no idea if the issue is the app, or the hardware, but one or both need to be fixed. 1 star review until this is corrected.
-- Tony in KC, 2024-07-11

### **--- "Cannot close my fan lid if ignition is detected"
Please update the app so I can close my kitchen vent lid even when my van is on. It is so tedious having to pull over just to close the lid
-- Bevaurly10, 2024-05-21

### *---- "Tech Support will not respond"
I have requested tech support from the website. Absolutely no response. I have emailed multiple times. What is going on????
-- Gavtyvtysvgu, 2023-05-03

### *---- "Step lights"
Doesn’t have a switch for the step lights on my Sequence 20L anymore
