## BMW ONE Reviews in Australia

### *---- "App designed by work experience kids?"
I have a degree in IT but I cannot navigate or follow what this app is meant to do. Glitch after glitch. More than likely an unfinished, untested project - or a joke designed to frustrate and annoy. Embarrassing.
-- Mike4800, 2024-07-08

### *---- "Login issue"
The app is a total waste! it does not allow you login instead asking you to verify your details and taking you to register a new account regardless how you do.
-- Dont use it again, 2024-06-24

### ***-- "Login issues"
The app worked fine initially, but now I can’t seem to login. I have a BMW ID and password, but when I try to login it instead asks me to verify details my details, as if I’m setting up a new account! Very frustrating. Have even tried updating my password, but this hasn’t solved the issue.
-- Gareth_1980, 2024-05-12

### *---- "Nothing works"
Nothing works and BMW doesn’t respond to any queries…. Poor job BMW
-- Ahcyrbwo, 2023-11-28

### *---- "Frustrated"
Disappointed with app continual issues logging in and not allowing me to view finance details
-- Nathan131211, 2023-08-03

### *---- "Worst Crappy App - for the Value of a BMW"
Why can’t you hear the reviews and fix your shoddy system!? It’s an absolute joke! You rave on about your tech and iQ but a simple finance app with a few clicks is impossible to get into because of your incompetence.

Not only can I not get in, but I can’t call you as I have tried several times to no avail
-- Baz auz, 2023-07-08

### *---- "Can’t see any finance contract"
Once you click on the finance section, nothing comes up and it says error. Then gets you to log in again and stuck in a loop of that. Fix the app!
-- justinmeister111, 2023-05-06

### *---- "Unable to log in"
Unable to log in and use app since last update
-- vanBuuren, 2023-03-02

### *---- "Not working"
Not working at all, stuck at loading and then some thing went wrong window
-- kevin967372, 2023-02-26

### *---- "Does not work"
I cannot agree to the terms and get past the first screen. It’s unbelievable that a big company such as BMW can’t make a decent app that provides basic functionality. And they have moved everything to these non-working apps so I can’t access any information on a simple website. Shame on you and your developers.
