Don’t even bother, you’ll waste your time trying out “solutions” they gave you that won’t end up working. Asked for refund, and they stopped responding. What a garbage.
DOES NOT WORK
This eSIM is junk. Bought data for Korea, it wasn’t cheap, couldn’t get it to work for 2 full days despite doing everything in the instructions , then customer service spent 90 minutes promising me it would work, but it didn’t. Then they refused to refund me. Complete rip-off.
More than 24 hours without service
I am currently in Portugal… they had an issue which is fine, and they told me that now is solve but I still not having service and they are making me do all the troubleshooting (no success), instead of provide me a new esim. I am on vacation and I should have a proper service running.
One of the worst eSim provider
Unreliable service, works on 3G when it says 4G in the data plan. Customer service is rude and useless.
Esim did not work in Korea..

Got two eSIMs for our travel in Dominica Republic and the work well including coverage. I have tried other eSIMs that did not use the a crier that provided the most coverage
Great pricing and lifetime data option!
eSIMs are much better than carrier roaming charges! I used code VJAACFVG to get $10CDN off. Data is so cheap it’s great to be able to use your phone normally while you’re away. Recommended for friends and family visiting Canada or if you’re travelling abroad.

I just bought the app for a trip to Europe. This app is a scam full of bots that can’t handle the simple eSIM management. I’m reporting it to my credit card company. Should be removed from the App Store.
