Combining breathing with both gentle and energetic movements, Boabom builds health and mindfulness, strength and balance, inner power and positive energy. In a unique place between active Yoga, martial arts, and Tai Chi, Boabom builds progressively from simple movements through complex coordinations, building a whole practice one step at a time. Study from teachers with decades of experience as you learn through Boabom's unique progressive teaching. Each class you'll learn something new and review earlier movements, so you can build a deep Boabom practice! •Practice Seamm-Jasani, the Gentle Way, with slow movements, stretches, and coordinations to build quietude and centeredness. •Study Boabom, the path of Self-defense and Energy, with powerful movements that build health, confidence, and inner power. •Practice Jassu, sequences of exercises designed as a warm up and every day workout, whether slow and flowing or fast and energetic. •Experience Boabom Meditation techniques though guided meditations that will help you find tranquility, mindfulness, and inner calm. Boabom Journey has helped me feel stronger, calmer, and more focused! There are so many exercise apps and so many meditation apps but this one really hits the sweet spot-I can exercise and meditate at the same time. Great teachers too-good, easy to follow videos and clear explanations! -- Alpacadacadoo, 2023-10-04 ### ***** "Excellent workout for seniors" In my mid 70’s I find Boabom, especially Seamm Jasani and Jassu, excellent morning exercises. Be mindful of the Guides admonition to let your body tell you how to do the exercise as I have to slightly modify a few exercises to accommodate wearing bones and tight muscles. Doing this in the morning unlocks a better, more energetic day. -- TimDurkin, 2023-02-07 ### ***** "Amazing Teachers!" I look forward to doing Boabom every day- what a joyful and varied practice -- Pabla PV, 2023-01-19 ### ***** "A great way to learn!" This app provides an engaging method to learn the Boabom art. The app is very user friendly. Navigation is simple. -- Seamm Jasani, 2023-01-17 ### ***** "Easy to use, great content" Super easy to signup, and a big library of classes. -- nessurXXYY, 2022-12-07 [View all Boabom reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Boabom In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Boabom Yearly | $89.99 | | Boabom Monthly | $14.99 | ## Boabom Discovered Keywords - mindful movement ## Apps Similar to Boabom - [Mindful Movement with Maggie](https://apptail.io/app/mindful-movement-with-maggie-zlpb/united-states) - [Move Meditation](https://apptail.io/app/move-meditation-BUjc/united-states) - [Neigong Qigong Exercises](https://apptail.io/app/neigong-qigong-exercises-xUrc/united-states) - [Beyond Defence Be #Unbreakable](https://apptail.io/app/beyond-defence-be-unbreakable-DJmd/united-states) - [Yoga Fire by Tim Seutter](https://apptail.io/app/yoga-fire-by-tim-seutter-NOZg/united-states) - [Bodywise Studio](https://apptail.io/app/bodywise-studio-GoFl/united-states) - [Black Belt Drills](https://apptail.io/app/black-belt-drills-Rpln/united-states) - [Survive365](https://apptail.io/app/survive365-ZsFn/united-states) - [Zhaobao Taichi SG](https://apptail.io/app/zhaobao-taichi-sg-iJPn/united-states) - [Self-improvement therapy](https://apptail.io/app/self-improvement-therapy-fJIo/united-states) ## Boabom Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/united-states) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/chile) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/austria) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/australia) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/belgium) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/bermuda) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/canada) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/colombia) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/cyprus) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/germany) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/egypt) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/greece) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/indonesia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/israel) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/japan) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/kazakhstan) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/sri-lanka) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/malaysia) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/nepal) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/philippines) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/saudi-arabia) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/slovakia) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/senegal) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/thailand) - [Tunisia](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/tunisia) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/ukraine) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/boabom-mindful-movement-iKHc/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
