I’m really upset about a recent change in the free vs paid memberships. Every free app user was recently forced to try out the premium paid account for 14 days. Free trial I did not ask for. After the 14 days were over - BAM! All of my personal boards and shared boards were deactivated and I get a message that I can now only have one SHARED BOARD with my free account. If I want access to the personal board I’ve spent hours creating and use daily and share daily I’d have to pay. No warning, just BAM it’s gone! I didn’t realize that this free trial would leave me stranded without access to my own personal board after the trial was over. That should been made more clear. I am now not able to access my pictures, scripts and all of my info nor was I made aware before the trial started so I could’ve saved my info elsewhere. That’s so sneaky. What a way to anger your clients. I’ve spent hours creating my personal board. It is a horrible way to roll out new rules. Leave your clients so frustrated and force them to pay you. This is not a honest way to earn loyalty as a business owner. Beware of using this app. You never know when new rules and payment will be demanded.

I attempted to use my app for my small business and it is “stuck” on the promo to upgrade. I click get started and it says it’s having trouble and try again. It’s done this for three days. I have tried to uninstall and delete the app several times but it just reloads and gives me the same “screen “ and Im unable to move forward. Very frustrating because I have every thing I need on my Boards it’s been great until this issue. How can I use the app ?

I have heard that this app was really good. I was able to download it, but I cannot open it on my laptop. I tried on two different phones updated the app updated the phone. I can click on the app. It brings me to welcome to your 30 day. Trial click here and can’t ever get past that page.

Since written there have been 3 updates… None of them have corrected this problem. I NEVER write reviews, but I felt compelled to put this into words after contacting SUPPORT and getting the most ridiculous answer. Since the new update, iPad no longer shows Boards in the “Portrait” mode. It automatically switches to landscape mode. I initially thought something was wrong with my iPad -If you’ve ever used an iPad, the only time you don’t use Portrait mode is for watching videos. This change makes using the app to work/view virtually impossible as the view is such a small part of the screen. The answer is received from SUPPORT was “most people wanted it that way”. Most people?? I decided using my iPad would be easier since there is literally NO SUPPORT for Android users, as many of the features I need and use are not available there. You are making it impossible for me to use this app, something I PAY FOR to help me in my business. Bring Portrait mode back to the iPad - or at least a choice, one mode or the other. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

I like this app however I only had the option to do the trial period the last time I logged in. I only use one board that’s it! I want to cancel the 14 trial period so I’m not charged. I’ve looked everywhere but there is option to cancel!!

I only gave it five stars so everyone would read about how the new update is forcing a person to do the free trial. I don’t want to do the free trial and an option to say no should have been included. I liked board for what it use to be. Now it’s just as greedy as all the brick and mortar stores. 1 star is the actual rate I’m giving it. Do not download this app.

I don’t know what’s going on. I can’t even get a hold of any customer service at all in order to access my Boards account. It made me do the free trial. I clicked on it thinking I could just cancel, but when I go on the app and on the website it will not let you cancel. It just says subscribing after 14 days. I do not want to be charged for this app.

I just want to delete the app and start over but I can’t remember my password and I’m not getting the resend email!!! Idk???

I will not be renewing my paid subscription for this app. I love the app, but every time I go to put something in it I have to delete it and reinstall it. There's no way to update it. I love how you can organize things but it's just not convenient and it's time consuming Everytime you need to use it because it needs to be uninstall and reinstalled.
