Glitch with app
Unable to tap or get past screen with 15 day trial tried google chrome on desktop, boards app and safari browser nothing is working I can’t access boards. Emailed support twice and still no reply. There is no phone number to call. Beware fyi

Every time I open the app, it’s “Something went wrong, try again later!” It never works.

Updated ✨✨✨Thank you SO MUCH for editing the orientation on iPad !! I love and use this app every day, and this simple change has made it that much easier to use!! A million updates and still no orientation choice!! Your picture shows iPad with the correct Portrait mode, and then you open it up to Landscape mode and you can’t see a thing… FIX THE ORIENTATION ON iPAD!!!! There have been MANY updates… WHY CANT YOU BRING A CHOICE OF ORIENTATION??? Since written there have been a least 5 updates… None of them have corrected this problem. I NEVER write reviews, but I felt compelled to put this into words after contacting SUPPORT and getting the most ridiculous answer. Since the new update, iPad no longer shows Boards in the “Portrait” mode. It automatically switches to landscape mode. I initially thought something was wrong with my iPad -If you’ve ever used an iPad, the only time you don’t use Portrait mode is for watching videos. This change makes using the app to work/view virtually impossible as the view is such a small part of the screen. The answer is received from SUPPORT was “most people wanted it that way”. Most people?? I decided using my iPad would be easier since there is literally NO SUPPORT for Android users, as many of the features I need and use are not available there. You are making it impossible for me to use this app, something I PAY FOR to help me in my business. Bring Portrait mode back to the iPad - or at least a choice, one mode or the other. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

So I’m trying use the app and it’s not working. For those of us who run a business an want to utilize the tools within the app what’s the purpose of having the app if you aren’t even able to get pass the try it for free page. What a waste of of you good app
