It can only be used by users who are registered as a client with a studio running Bobclass Studio Manager. In other words: They need to have you - with your email address - in their contact list. Once you have you entered email address and a matching studio was found, then the app will retrieve your upcoming bookings and active packages from the studio you are associated with. Studio owners: Share this app with your clients and let them connect to you so they can manage bookings and payments themselves. I was logged out of my account. When you reach out to customer support via email, they say they can’t help unless i pay for a monthly subscription. I have bought the app when it was $50 when it first came out before it was free. This is very unprofessional. I have lost all client information and they refuse to help me get back into my account. I’m a small business and now going to lose thousands this month losing all my client list. I don’t think anyone should have to go through this. Once it does, it takes 10 minutes or so to get to the booking screen if you are lucky.
