I honestly don’t understand why we’re being pushed to switch from the B App to the BOC Flex when it’s clearly not ready. If I already had a high transaction limit in the B App, why does the Flex app suddenly cap me at 100,000? Do I seriously need to call customer service again just to restore the limit I already had — simply because I switched apps? How is that acceptable or convenient?
The whole transition feels poorly planned. On top of that, the app has had login issues and has been full of bugs since day one. Crashes, glitches, errors — it’s frustrating and unreliable. For a banking app, stability and consistency should be the bare minimum.
Instead of improving the user experience, this feels like a downgrade. Very disappointing.

Available balance in main home page it is not showing correctly. When I am going to do another transaction it shows actual amount correctly in that screen. This is a critical bug. Please fix this.

I already have an existing B app account. On Android, there is an option to connect with an existing account during installation. However, this option is not available on the iOS version.

Additionally, I am unable to add my BOC account to the app because I am not receiving the OTP. I have contacted customer care, but unfortunately, I have not received any proper support or resolution.

Please look into these issues and provide a solution as soon as possible.
