It is only allowing for a 50k transfer per time which is ridiculous for 2025 and it is still charging 30 rupee per transaction.
And yes I have visited my Branch to increase the limit but they said this is the maximum for this App.
I have to use another BOC App to transfer any transaction I need above 50k.
Please fix this.

### *---- "Can't pay to other Bank Credit cards"
I have been using the BOC Smart Pay app for a long time to make payments, including credit card payments to other banks, without any issues. However, recently, I attempted to pay my NDB credit card through the app. The amount was deducted from my BOC account, but the payment was never credited to my NDB card.

When I contacted the BOC call center, I was informed that payments to other bank credit cards are not allowed via this app. However, I have successfully made such payments before—both prior to and even after this incident. No prior notice was given regarding this restriction, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.

I now have to go through a lengthy process to either get my money refunded or ensure the payment is completed, all while facing the risk of late fees due to my credit card due date. This experience has been frustrating, and BOC should provide clear notifications about service changes to avoid such issues.

I strongly urge BOC to improve transparency, communication, and customer support regarding transactions made through this app.

I recently made a payment using the Lanka QR system through the Smart Pay app. Unfortunately, the transaction was marked as invalid, but the amount was still debited from my account. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly, as it’s frustrating to lose money without a successful transaction.

I have used this app since last 2 years until nw i have lost my 7000 once and 15000 another time due to there sms update delay and very poor service, they don’t even have any option to check the account number too, once i visited the bank they said that, the falt is in the app and they didn’t even fix it, bank and the app, they don’t have any connection itself, people dear users pls don’t use this app any more pls… great regrets…
