This app, the squad and most of all the trainers have genuinely changed my life! I’m 34 years old and have NEVER been into fitness 😂🤣. Didn’t understand the hype, just the typical bang out a few runs before the girls holiday. Then lockdown came and I started working out for my mental health and before I knew it, I was addicted to working out. Now get it. The trainers workout with you so they are sweating and struggling with you! They have their own djs so the workouts are not with the bland typical songs that you hear on every other YouTube workout video. You can start with whatever weight, even body weight and the stronger you get, the heavier weights you use so you will always improve with this app. There’s no end. I started doing the workouts at home and now I take them into the gym, just for a change of scenery and be able to up my weights whenever I want; and the amount of girls that come up to me and ask which program I doing and say I’m a machine 😂. Well trust me, I started really weak and just with consistency I have gotten stronger. You only need dumbbells and resistance bands so I find my spot in the gym and I’m good! No walking around waiting for machines and wasting time etc. Ciara and the team, genuinely make it a lifestyle, they hype you up and want the best for you! We have online chats as well (like Instagram live) where she not only wants to improve our fitness but our mental health as well. I can’t imagine my life without the team and this app!
