You can track your progress and it has a Streak to help you keep the momentum going by watching your streak grow. This is a tangible info for you to see your GROWTH. It also has different, various meal plans catered to individual’s preferences like vegan, pes, and a regular one. They also have a fat loss meal plan. The programs are for you to pick one and follow daily as instructed. However, if you wish to workout without using a program or follow through (say if you dare wanna workout more), you can go to the Demands, which is a library with all workouts for you to pick). This app is amazing! It’s mainly for women, but I wouldn’t advise against men signup for this. Les cuento que tengo prótesis cervical y hernias lumbares, sin embargo me mantengo en movimiento ( ejercicios , sin impacto). Al iniciar el plan fue difícil pues eran rutinas que no hacía desde hacía muchos años, pero por saber y haber realizado ejercicio mi memoria muscular despertó. Siii fue lo máximo , ver como habían ejercicios que no podía hacer y me apoyaba de barras o paredes y ver como no solo lo logré si no que incorporaba cada día más y más peso. El trote me dejo,súper impresionada. Durante estos ejercicios me revisaban el sistema Cardiológico ya que presentaba bajas pulsaciones mi mayor reto era la Prueba de Fuerza la cual hace 6 años no la superé y les cuento que esta vez la superé y con muy récord. También se despertó una problema con la glicemia la cual con alimentación adecuada y los ejercicios baje 3,kg en el tiempo de challenge. Así que equipo, gracias y bendiciones por que ahora estreno con fuerza y determinación, estoy súper pero súper Feliz. Se acabaron los mitos de no trotar , levantar pesa, etc. todo esta en educarse, en cómo hacer los ejercicios, despertar esos tendones, cartílagos y músculos dormidos . Aquí estoy, aquí seguiremos para otro plan. No gane dinero pero gane salud y recuperación muscular. Gracias equipo, Dios los bendiga.
