Overall not worth it. The app needs fixing and technical support takes weeks to reply. Haven’t been able to access my program due to a technical glitch that locked me out for nearly three weeks now. Still waiting for someone to respond. The workouts and instructors are great but what good is that if you get locked out of your program?

Used to LOVE this app, like tell everyone I know, even my pregnant mama friends but the recent changes I’m not a fan of. We already pay for the app but then to get programs like an 8 week curated program, it’s $99 on top of already having purchased the app. It’s so frustrating. I’ll be looking for something else because it’s not what it used to be where it was fun and colorful and easily curated to help me achieve my weight loss goals.

I love the variety and volume of classes! 10 minute , 30 minute, and hour workouts that I can choose from depending on my schedule and what I feel like! The nutrition/recipes and progressing tracking are also a big bonus!!

Simone has created amazing programs. After my first baby I started her workouts. First, I did the 10 min workouts because as a new mom that’s all I could fit it especially since I was pumping often. My husband even tried the workouts and enjoyed them. Second baby and I found myself having a rough time finding the help I needed. With diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues there was little I could do. I bought the 6 week post natal program ($79, one time use, available only with paid membership for at least two months). Her energy, her kind words, her reminder to be gentle on yourself are all things that stood out for me. Finally, Simone understands. I even reached out with issues I was having and with the same kindness she responded. If you want to be surrounded by positive energy then this is the place for you.

This app is one of the few that offers consistent, fun trampoline workouts. I love them! But trying to find them when they aren’t upcoming is frustrating due to the clunky nature of the app. Why isn’t there a curated, updated playlist of available trampoline workouts that is easily accessible? Every few months I re-download this app for the awesome workouts, but inevitably stop my subscription because it is a pain to navigate. The only reason I keep coming back is because I can’t find a trampoline workout app that I like more.

I got the app because I took some full body (50 min) classes in-studio, which are absolutely incredible! I was really disappointed that the app doesn’t have this length and only has the 30 min full body. I gave it a shot anyway but the set up of the class and the moves are extremely different than any of the 60 minute ones I took and feel like completely different studios. Please have some of those long full body ones recorded and on the app!!  

I tried a trampoline cardio and that was fun, but because of the lack of the full length classes I will probably cancel when my trial is over.

I loved this app before all of the changes. Back when it was Simone and I was able to choose my workout length and it would give me the videos. It was such a fun and good workout. Now though I’m not a fan and had to cx the app. It’s not what it was.

I love the variety of workouts. It’s great to be able to customize length and type of exercise, and to join in to live classes. Simone is fun and infectiously energetic, and the other trainers are great as well. I’d really love to see some flexibility sections added to the app for us wanna be dancers!

### ****- "Love the workouts, app can be frustrating"
First of all, I am a die-hard believer in Body by Simone. These workouts get me off the couch no matter how tired I am and really push me while making me smile. I travel a lot for work and I’ve found I can do these workouts in any hotel room. 

I’m obsessed with the daily live classes and love the 55 minute classes because I work almost as hard as if I were in the studio. More full-length dance cardio please!!

Love all the new changes, and the fact that you get workout and nutrition in an easy to use calendar! Definitely keeps you motivated and eager for the next day :). My only suggestion would be if the live classes can incorporate playlists that have the latest music (i.e. top 40 hits, hip hop, etc.) similar to the classes in the actual studio? 

The current music isn’t bad at all but seems to be the same music that is played in the app’s regular workouts, so it would be awesome to have that variety when you’re streaming the live class. Keep up the great work BBS, thanks for listening to our feedback!

I tried many different online trainings around dance and bar trainings but this one is the best..I discovered Simon and I really loved her style and workouts. But same DVDs create boredom after sometime since training at home is also not that much fun..If you also have trampoline , you can have 1 hour cardio consisting of dance, hit cardio and dance cardio, so it keeps changing and you are hardly bored..everyday exercises changing depending on your preferences..love it

The workout videos are only available once a week, so not many options for a variety of workouts, and the only way to find them is by going through each day on the calendar. I can’t get the videos to play and they freeze a lot. I’ve only been able to do one video because of this.
