「体内時計トレーニング」は、ストップウォッチを使わずに正確な時間を計測するミニゲームアプリです。
スキマ時間で取り組めるので暇つぶしに最適で、正確な時間感覚が必要な方や体内時計に衰えを感じる方にもおすすめです。

このアプリの基本機能は、頭の中で秒数を数え、どれだけぴったりかを測る「1分間ゲーム」や「体内時計ゲーム」として知られています。
人間の時間感覚は、年齢・生活リズム・精神状態など様々な要因によって変化しますが、「体内時計トレーニング」を利用することで、どんな時でも正確な時間を計る能力を向上させられます。
難易度は10秒・60秒（1分）・180秒（3分）から選択可能。
数字のカウントには集中力を使うため、脳トレにもなります。

操作はシンプルで使いやすく、計測中に背景のグラデーションが美しく移り変わります。
また、過去の記録を確認できる機能があり、自分の能力が向上しているかどうかを簡単に把握できます。
デフォルトでは3秒間だけタイマーが表示されますが、上達してきたら表示をオフにすることも可能です。
