Stay motivated on your weight-loss journey. You want to make a positive change, and you want to actually see it happening. Progress tracks your body measurements, weight, BMI, body fat, and progress photos in one place, so you can watch your real story unfold week by week. No judgement, no pressure, no aggressive fitness talk. Just a clear picture of how far you've come. Since 2012, tens of thousands people have reached their weight-loss goals with Progress, and you can too. TRACK MORE THAN WEIGHT The number on the scales isn't the only one that matters. Track waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs, body fat, BMI, and anything else that helps you see your progress. Build a fuller picture of your body, not just a single number. PROGRESS PHOTOS Before and after photos make small changes feel real. Take a photo whenever you like, compare any two side by side, and watch the story your body is telling. Photos stay private on your device. BMI CALCULATOR & TRACKER Calculate your BMI in seconds and watch how it changes over time. We'll show you where you sit, without the lecture. BODY FAT TRACKING Log body fat percentage and follow it as your body composition shifts. Useful when the scales aren't moving but you can feel things changing. WEIGHT LOSS TRACKER Whether you're losing, gaining, or maintaining, clean charts and gentle reminders help you stay focused on the journey, not just the destination. GOALS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE Set a weight goal, a measurement goal, or no goal at all. Progress works for every kind of journey, whatever you're working towards. APPLE HEALTH Sync seamlessly with Apple Health, so your numbers stay up to date without extra work. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your measurements, photos, and notes stay yours. We don't track you, share your data, or show ads. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What can I track in Progress? Weight, body fat, BMI, waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs, neck, calves, and any other measurement that matters to you. You can also add progress photos and notes. Is Progress a BMI calculator? Yes. Progress is a full BMI calculator and tracker. Enter your height and weight and we'll calculate your BMI, then track how it changes over time. Can I compare before and after photos? Yes. Take progress photos any time and compare any two side by side. It's the easiest way to see changes the scales might miss. Does Progress sync with Apple Health? Yes, two-way, so your weight and measurements stay in sync with the rest of your health data. Is Progress free? Yes, you can start tracking for free. Pro unlocks progress photos, unlimited measurement areas, custom reports, past-data entry, and more. Will I be judged for my weight or my goals? Never. Progress is body positive by design. Every body is different and every goal is valid, whether you're losing weight, gaining muscle, or just want to understand your body better. How is Progress different from a regular weight tracker? A weight tracker shows you one number. Progress shows you the whole picture: weight, body measurements, body fat, BMI, and photos, all in one place. When the scales aren't moving, your measurements and photos often tell you they are. Is my data private? Yes. Your measurements and photos are stored privately on your device and synced through your own iCloud. We don't sell, share, or look at your data. Can I use Progress without a goal? Yes. Set a goal if it helps you stay motivated, or just track for understanding. Both are valid. Track your measurements, achieve your goals. We're in your corner. Progress integrates with the Health app. This feature is free and optional. Progress Pro is a subscription service. Tried to restore, only progress pics returned, no measurements or weigh ins. -- DawniellW, 2024-12-19 ### *---- "Not clear instructions" The app showed multiple locations for measurements, but progressing through the standard options doesn’t give you those measurements. It asked for water mass without any explanation of how to calculate that. -- Moagli4, 2024-12-19 ### ***** "Everything I need" I had an app I liked but it only tracked weight and I wanted to also track my measurements and body fat percentage. This one also automatically calculates BMI and waist to hip ratio which means I don’t have to pull up the online calculators I had been using! Predictions for weight loss based on current or historical trends would be a nice feature to add if the developers are interested in desirable features. -- Dulcinea14tx, 2024-11-28 ### ***** "Great app" Been using this app for years the best app in the market for better health management. -- Waoo!, 2024-10-18 ### **--- "Good tracker" I’m so sad I updated this app. I do not like the new look. I mainly came here because I wanted to make a comment about how things get recorded. I get where you’re coming from top to bottom chest then biceps, but it’s not exactly top to bottom because next is hips and then waist followed by thighs. I would really like it if we could control the order because I am not shrinking my retractable measuring tape from my chest to my biceps because I have to increase it again for my waist and my hips. I’ve recently decided I want to record my biceps, but if I can’t control the order then I’m not going to use the app to record it. The other thing that I would update is I would like the choice if I measure my right side or left side first. I don’t want to be told you have to measure do your left side then right when I would prefer to measure my right side first. I reduced stars for the new look as well as the inability to choose the order of what I measure, and the order of which side I measure first. -- pleasejustread, 2024-10-13 ### ****- "Please add widgets!" This is a great app which would be perfect if it had widgets. -- Justinjason, 2024-07-27 ### ****- "Few issues but made whole" My photos somehow stopped working. All I get is a black image. Contacted the developer and they tried to correct it but could not. They did make it right and I use the app to this day. -- Zoro.PrinceOfDarkness, 2024-07-16 ### ***** "Martina 6/24" Great -- MartinaLIng, 2024-06-09 ### ***** "Love This App" I really love the simplicity of this app. It keeps track of all the things I care about in my fitness journey - weight, measurements, and progress pics. I wish I could get the progress video to work, but that’s the only problem I have with the app, and it would be a fun feature. -- Hills4Tacos, 2024-01-25 ### ***-- "Entering Data" When entering data almost can’t see enter button. Need more time for better review. -- lion tigar, 2024-01-13 [View all Body Measurements Tracker App reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Body Measurements Tracker App In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Annual | $59.99 | | Monthly | $3.99 | | Progress Pro | $149.99 | | Progress Pro -
