## Body Spartan Reviews in United States

### *---- "Scam"
Don’t install this application. Company shut the website down, no access to any plans that were previously purchased.
-- samloveshockey55, 2024-08-15

### *---- "No access"
App does not work. I purchased 3 programs and the website was taken down and unable to get the programs.
-- Ron89b, 2024-07-24

### *---- "Not Happy"
It is very upsetting that this app does not work. I subscribed and it told me html cannot parse. Then after that it will not let me access any workout plans. This is all in the same day. I hope they will fix this I liked these workouts.
-- Ti its me!:), 2024-01-27

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Paid subscription, can’t reach anyone. Don’t waste your money or time.
-- Merkabo123, 2023-11-26

### *---- "Horrible"
I really loved this app until two days ago I couldn’t sign in nor could I go to the website, I couldn’t find a way to get ahold of anyone neither. I’m so disappointed especially since I’ve been using the app everyday
-- Wlrna21, 2023-02-01

### *---- "I paid for the genesis program $62.35 and I got no access to it."
I can’t access my workout even tho I still have the email receipt of the plan I purchased. The app won’t allow you to do anything other than sign up for a monthly $19.99 for any workout plan. No login or anything available.
-- Mmesik, 2023-01-16

### *---- "Extreme update is needed"
Videos not working as well. UPDATE THE APP! Please do a critical update for this application. The app does not update my weekly workout routine.I often have to start the app over in order for it to be functional for the next exercise. After a video has been played and I have completed my work out for that exercise I have to restart the app in order to get the video to play again. I think some major adjustments would make this app more functional. Overall this application has good content I just think it could be update a little bit more with the kind of money that I’m paying every single month for the last two years.

### *---- "App developer and company not responding"
Ive been a long time customer of Body Spartan. They just read only disappeared and for the last 8 months, won’t respond to any of my correspondence. I’ve tried calling, messaging, and email but no one has responded. I can access my account but it tells me I don’t have a subscription. When I cancel my account and try to resubscribe it tells me that I already have a subscription linked to my account. And when no one’s able to return my correspondence I’m stuck. Definitely do not recommend this app until Body Spartan gets there stuff figured out. Several BBB ratings detailing the same issues.
-- Thebigcheese25, 2022-04-03

### *---- "App Down"
I love the workouts they are great but the app is a different story. It worked for the first week but now will not let me log on or create a new profile, just says “Error Code 522” every time. Reporting the issue to support does no good as there is no response or correction for the past 2 weeks.
-- GaKi14, 2022-01-25

### *---- "Good training poor customer service"
The macros on the program dashboard is inconsistent with the training videos. According to the training videos I can have carbs on this program, however, the macros on the dashboard only show 5 to 10 carbs per meal and has a high amount of fat. This looks to be keto rather than carb. I can’t get clarification because they don’t answer my emails and they don’t pick up the phone when I call.
