I’ve had and been using the app for  about 2 months now and it has been an amazing 2 month experience. BodyBuddy keeps me accountable and reminds me when I need to get water in or makes sure I remember to eat. BodyBuddy is seriously changing my life. I started a free trial for the app after an influencer I follow recommended it. I originally thought that it would be another cash grab but I was surprised and relieved when it wasn’t. I’ve struggled with disordered eating my whole life and BodyBuddy managed to help me repair my relationship with food. It’s not perfect by any means but I’ve broken out of the same binge-restrict cycle that I’ve been stuck in for the better part of 10 years. Don’t get me wrong you need to put in the work of inputting your meals and logging movement and other things. But it doesn’t feel like work, at least to me. It really helps being able to talk through your food choices and your thoughts about them. It’s weird how messaging this app about an urge to eat everything in sight helps alleviate that feeling. Anyway, TMI and all this to say that I recommend you give it a try and I hope it works out for you the way it is for me.
