Love the simplicity of the app and workout.
I just used the Bodyweights app for the first time for a strength training workout. It has lots of potential but it can use more features. I wish you can program the app to write to the Apple Health app and record workouts. Also, I wish you can see your past workouts in the app and how many reps and sets you’ve done to a given point in the workout. A few days later, I’m really sore from doing a workout with only push ups. I would not recommend this app for those who are new to strength training. Given all this, I will not be using the app again.
