## BoilerJuice Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Used to work until last update."
No longer able to use the app to get quotes and place order. Says the page is not available. Sort it out otherwise what is the point of the app
-- Natalie T, 2025-06-03

### **--- "Beware of hidden monitoring monthly charge!"
I always order my oil from boiler juice at a good price. The current price of a Smart monitor is £25 (special offer) has a monthly fee of £6.99 whereas a reminder on my phone is free! I’m not paying £84 per year when my tank is just there in my garden!
If you want me to automatically order oil your monitoring service needs to be free of charge!
-- The BT cash cow, 2025-05-22

### ***** "So simple"
What a great App and service. It’s so simple to use and monitor oil levels. Takes all the guess work and dipping sticks into tank out of knowing what to order. Building up funds each month also helps manage bills as if it were a mains utility. Customer service is also top notch and whenever we’ve had to contact anyone they are helpful, polite and friendly and always ensure there’s a resolution (not that we have to make contact that often). Don’t understand the bad reviews, it’s like reviewing a totally different company!
-- RCD2-2, 2025-05-09

### *---- "New app"
The app will not open, unable to order
-- two backs, 2025-04-22

### *---- "Awful"
Non functioning app. Total waste of time and effort. AVOID.
-- MichaelMSilvan, 2025-04-16

### *---- "Bad service"
Bad customer service. Faulty goods that don’t work. Connected monitor is a complete waste of time
-- boo8587, 2025-04-06

### *---- "The Boilerjuice app does not open on my iPhone16"
Just hangs at the logo.
-- Trained ear, 2025-04-01

### *---- "Poor customer service"
Disappointing
-- Barn Sey, 2025-03-31

### **--- "monitoring is too slow"
really don’t like this app
-- bagpuss67, 2025-03-20

### *---- "Just take your money"
No customer services. I will be deleting my account as soon as I get my oil. Ingrid and Sam promised to get back to me. None of them did. You’re just a person not a customer.
-- Bungle73-, 2025-03-11
