I love Bokksu Market Asian market app! Bokksu Market app is so efficient and convenient to access from my mobile device/cellular phone on the go. I love the Lays chips, YUMMY!

Love this Asian grocery company. I order from them regularly. Always have a great experience and if they get anything wrong, they ALWAYS make it right.

There was just one bad thing that happened on here but that's it. It was just an opened pack of something. It doesn't really matter that much and I got a 5 dollars off. But other than that everything on here is good. My orders always came at the right date. Most of the stuff like the cake and the assam milk tea was really good. But it is a little expensive for me. Nothing really bad ever happened on here. And they will probably give you a refund if something is missing or opened because they told me if I wanted one but I said no. Also the shipping was probably only good because I'm in Missouri, U.S.. Nobody never opened my package or anything everywhere that I ordered something besides a bad website.

Ever since I’ve been deployed to several Asian countries, I have fallen in love with the Asian food whether it be Japanese or Korean I’ve craved the authentic food they carry which is hard to come by in America. I’ve found this grocery and have tried their meats and groceries. I haven’t come across anything I didn’t enjoy! Will forever have a customer in me.

I literally was looking for a specific item that no other app carried or website couldn’t ship to my location because it was only sold in certain areas but this place SELLS IT OMG thank god I found this app I love it so much and they have so many cute sweets like chocolate infused strawberries!!! Like who even knew that was a thing !!!! I 100% Recommend this app to anyone considering it.

My order that should have arrived in 4-5 business days did not SHIP until business day #8. When my order finally shipped, I was notified that an item I ordered was out of stock (displayed as in stock when I placed my order). When I reached out to support about the extended wait time, they said it was due to them moving warehouses; I think that’s something you should alert shoppers of before they spend their money. I did get a coupon code for $5.00 off my next order, not sure it will get used.

The app is easy to use. The customer service is amazing. The food ships quickly. I have nothing bad to say. They even gave me a free tea with my order.

Terrible! Absolutely terrible. They took over 3 weeks to ship my things, and on top of that they didn’t include two of the items in my order. They even issued me a refund for one of the missing item. But not the other. When I ask them for my refund for the other item, they practically coerced me into taking the product instead of refund me. EVEN TOUGH THEY ARE AT FAULT FOR NOT INCLUDING THAT ITEM IN THE BOX WITH THE OTHER ITEMS. Absolutely worst! Not shopping with them ever again.
