Forcing me to add my credit card just to be able to use the app is disgusting. Try to pretend like you tracking my purchases makes my life easier. You guys butchered a very easy user friendly app. This new update is trash. I’m never going to use this. Goodbye
I had a gift card linked to my account, the app updated and now the gift card is missing from my account. I threw out the physical gift card since it was saved to my account. I have the gift card number since I thankfully took a screenshot BUT it needs a stupid “e-pin” to even add it to my account. It was a $15 gift card and now what? An update should not take away something as important as a gift card. I’m so upset
It makes you go through the entire process and then says you have to choose a later time and you have to go all the way back to the beginning to do that. Not user-friendly.
This “updated” app experience now no longer lets you use Apple Pay. They force you to add a credit card. Which then your transaction data is shared with a third party. NO thanks!
Great for a vegan with no oil dressings and great variety.
Love the food from Bolay and have been doing office lunches for a year now. Please bring back “group ordering”. It makes ordering for several people so much easier!

Truly love this place and it’s a great app to match — feed your family with healthy food that will fill them up and not break the bank - this is the place.
I’ve been regularly ordering from Bolay for years and have never earned a reward. All orders done through the App. The app is all different now and it’s asking me to add my credit card number, which I’m not comfortable with doing. Each time I pay, I’ve always used Apple Pay. I plan to place my next order soon, I hope I can still continue to do that.
