Do you know I sent them back the phones and they never took them off the account that’s why that phone that’s why that bill is $4000. They did it to me and they did it to my mother, the same exact way they tell you to send your phones back and then they don’t take them off your account they charge you $4000 $4900 or whatever to be exact Verizon‘s is a crook I wonder how many other people they’ve done this too and then they put it in collections and then they sell it to a company that you don’t do business with that you never signed anything or anything and they haven’t come after you in collections, that should be illegal but these agencies that report our credit they’re just as bad as the companies coming after us they don’t fix nothing they put the wrong stuff on your credit report. This is all a scam and and you guys aren’t even you’re just gonna take a word face that they said it was OK. You’re not even gonna investigate it. You’re just gonna say well, he already did so it’s done and over with no it’s not. I want it removed off my credit report for fraudbecause they fraud me when they never put the phones that I turned back in to get credit back on the account because when I left, I sent every phone back to them. I’m running into some trouble getting a response back though. It’s been 66 days since I submitted collections for review and I haven’t heard anything back yet. One source says it take 45 days, another says 65 days. I’m not seeing customer service option to ask specific questions either. Not trying to hate, still a great app and I recommend giving it a shot.
