podpůrná služba odpovídá na velmi dlouhou dobu bez vyřešení problému a ukončí konverzace

When you have to pay a fee for parking or something, they will not pay to you back so you can just lose money with working

Think twice

Think twice if you decide to become a courier or at least to make some money on a side. This company is from eastern Europe, there support barely speaks English or other languages, they use translators. So your support will be very difficult and if there becomes a problem that seeks solution they tend to put their head in to the sand and not working with you. I would suggest to look for other platforms such as FOODORA, because they got a local support and company is owned by Germans so you will make more money because more people use it and everything is in order. People that does it for living seems to enjoy working for them as Well… I would really suggest to you do not have anything with this company let them spread to the other side and dont bring their animal behaviour to Europe.

Hruza, cekani 40 minut na objedavku za 50 korun treba, vubec se to nevyplati, mel jsem vydelano za cca 12 hodin v kuse prumerne cca 1500

dříve to bylo lepší, nyní tyto aktualizace nejsou pro kurýry, ale pro zákazníky a Bolt Food

dobrý den, po velké aktualizaci, kdy jste zavedli automatické násobení a udělali minimální objednávku za 40 korun, se přestalo vyplácet fungovat, protože za 40 korun ani nemá smysl vystupovat z auta na 5 minut na silnici, počkejte 5 minut na objednávku a 5,10 minut k zákazníkovi a ve výsledku strávili 20 minut za 40 korun plus palivo a ztracený čas. 15,20 korun výdělku za 20 minut???

Nelze se prihlasit

Ani po oprave udaju se nelze do aplikace prihlasit, prestoze tel. cislo je zadano spravne, chodi na nej totiz upozorneni, ze je vas ucet jiz aktivovan, ale aplikace hlasi neaktivni ucet k danemu tel. cislu.
