Location Permission has to be set to “Always Allow” so app can track you constantly even if you are not using it. Is this allowed by the Apple App Store?

For drivers who value own privacy avoid!

luparini on

Ireland

This app brakes data protection law as it constantly scans your face without your consent! There are 4 protection levels to start working with an app but they still ask you to do face scan in front of the camera. Motivating it as "security" measures for BOTH (what a lie) passenger (?) and me? When I asked them, do they scan passenger faces as well? They became silent and deaf. So it means the app collects and sells data to the third party. Avoid an app if you value your own privacy!!!

Love app but hate it’s ringer

Saanco on

Ireland

There is no way that you can mute this job ringer. Even in Do not disturb mode if you forget it turn the app off and you go sleep it will wake not only you. Ut also your neighbours. Its that loud .one day i will be deaf after hearing it . And i am going to sue this company .

Bad Experience with Bolt

Babar Latif on

I’m Taxi Driver works in Dublin Area on September 4 Bolt Customer book taxi from Citywest to Fairview when he went to the destination he Asked me please wait I’m going back to tallaght now I ask him please change the address from App he said he couldn’t do or Bolt won’t let him to change the destination then I try from my app to change the final destination where he go but unfortunately same happen to me bolt won’t let me to change the adress. I chose the same route all the tunnel and M50 the fare was €162 including both ways tolls . At the end of journey he told me don’t worry you will get your money . When I clear the meter add the money in bolt app put the trip on review after day they just add €53 on my job and took €20 full commission from this job and return the €88 to back customer account without knowing me when I contact with bolt they are not even help me but telling me I should ask him to change the final destination which I did . It seems to be very unprofessional taxi app and they even don’t care about drivers even not help
