The system initially showed a 2km distance, but suddenly changed to 10km, which caught me off guard. When I arrived at the location, the customer abruptly canceled the order without any compensation offered！！The attitude and behavior are truly disappointing. I’m really let down.
1. Passengers pick point is not accurate as pinned 2. Have to separate the completed rides and cancel rides history 3. Pick up duration shows but not show the drop off durations. Its hard to know just with KM how many minutes taken for drop off location. So this is the area to improve for make the drivers feel more comfortable with Bolt if compare to other competitors as (Indrive) because Indrive shows the pick up and drop off time and its make easy for drivers to know what is the durations. Thank you
Need to have selection on driver car category so driver have option .Now the acceptance rate is going down due to big car
Soon this app will be like grab , no driver will use your app since your bonus decrease and decrease again . You’re not even enough driver yet , and you started decrease the bonus of every trip we earn , do you think you can beat grab? From 10 to 8 to 6 in a few days , soon there will be no incentive for driver .
