Bolt Food

The Whole food app is garbage, the support and their whole company, I have many times recieved my order up to 2-3 hours late because of their courier service and complained in support all they say is “I understand that the delivery time was supposed to be 15-30 minutes but considering our policy the 3 hour delay is not our issue” and on orders that I payed 40-50 euro they refund me 2€ double charge me and dont even let you cancel the order absolute joke and money hungry company and support.

Delivery was late and food cold as not packed in appropriate Bolt delivery bag, and not in usual Bolt bike courier and support agent say “ sorry we dont offer compensations for slight delays” ! So for which delays is this offered!

What a horrible experience, the driver lied saying he delivered my food. And Mary from Bolt support was no help and was soooo rude😓😓, she kept on closing my chat I've been waiting for morethan 3 hours to get help. Can someone find this courier and tell him to givene my food.

Over charged 13 euros from the original price of the shop prices just for delivering from marsascala to haz zabbar this is crazy

I had a problem with mi order , and the only way to get help was using a Bot. I had to pay for something than I didn’t eat

I will never use this ridiculous service again. They sent me food that was completely different and of much lower value than what I ordered. Then, after an hour and twenty minutes, they finally sent me the correct order, only to tell me they wouldn’t give me a refund. And this is all happening the night before I’m supposed to leave for Paris for 10 days. The food will just end up in my trash, feeding the cockroaches. Can it get any worse? The cherry on top is the system asking me if my issue was resolved—it’s laughable. What exactly did I do wrong as a customer here? I paid for the privilege of wasting my time and money arguing with a clueless customer service rep. Thanks for nothing. This is an utterly disappointing and subpar service.

Since you have frustrated me with these issues of declining one payment method but not another, making the first method work sometimes and sometimes not. For serval weeks now. I have spent hours in support at bolt, with my bank and with apple pay. Yes I even called apple pay and had a phone conversation. I have used Bolt food and Bolt ride for many years. Now you hit me with having to send in my photo and photo of my ID? Not even addressing the problem or saying that this could have been the issue. Bolt seems to be very unorganized and I have no trust for Bolt as a company anymore. I will decline from using this app in the future and delete my account. If you must use another service, don't bother with Bolt.

awful service to get a courier takes ages and lie about the time it will take to arrive to is unbelievable as i have stuff to do
