Order arrived cold because while my order was ready and picked up by driver, he went to pick up another order which he waited for more than 5 mins, delivered the other order and after half an hour my order was delivered cold. No compensation was given because customer support said it was within timeframe (scheduled for 20:50 latest and arrived 21:05). Order had been ready since 20:35
Was asked to send a photo of something i tasted burnt while eating. Was not compensated because of no proof.
This is a great service but the payment to delivery men is too little. The value provided by the platform does not justify the percentage that the app takes from the restaurant.
Always late, bad drivers.

Waited more than an hour just to cancelled my orders.. disappointing bolt. Will cancel and delete my apps as it’s proven useless. My daily daily ride to bolt taxi means nothing to bolt as well I guess
Their customer care team is horrible. Received a burnt pizza, which was inedible, the egg was like a plastic frisbee. Pizza was too hard to even eat. No solution at all offered. Stick to Wolt
Terrible customer service. Agents do not understand the customers and their needs. Food delayed and they cancel orders
Order #TJT1N : order was not delivered because tech and courier couldn’t read instructions. Was not refunded. Never had problem with Wolt.
