Too long to process orders
Orders take so long, you guys really need to go learn from Chowdeck to know how fast they deliver. I don’t understand how it takes hours for a courier to arrive the restaurant. Their help center is also very non existent, they use a bot for customers’ complaints and the bot doesn’t always understand the problems reported. So tiring really!
Terrible delivery service
Please if you are hungry don’t even try bolt cause that hunger will almost finish you before they deliver your food
Bolt food is not a good app
Never use this app. They will hold your money and force you to use their services even if they cannot provide the services. The real corporate scammers. You’ll think they are good and reliable until the day you are hungry and dizzy and almost d*e at home waiting for them to bring your food because they are your only option and they still won’t give you back your money
Worst food delivery service ever
Very terrible customer service. They don’t care to fix the problem, they just try to offer you delivery discount. How would a 600 naira discount help with 10k issue?
