Bad customer service
I had a delivery that was picked up and it took over 1 hour to get the food. When I escalated to Bolt, they didn’t offer any explanation and there was no help provided at all. This is not acceptable customer service for Bolt. Very disappointed at the customer service.
Scam
You will only find out the order delivery time after you pay. And even this time will not be respected. However you can’t cancel the order or in fact you can but you will still be changed the full amount. This app is a scam and should be avoided at all cost!
Embarrassing service
An order that should have take max 20 mins still didn’t come after a hour as the courier is not bringing the order. Never anymore, stay away from this scam
(Almost) perfect
My experience in general has been pretty good, though it would be nice to get more filter options when searching for a restaurant, like the time when it delivers, price range… also I do not understand why Apple Pay is not available if it is available in the normal Bolt app, that would be a nice thing if that would be available.
Horror customer service
All deliveries are delayed because either they are grouping 2-3 orders or because the delivery guy is not moving due to bike or other problems. And when you do receive the orders they are cold, so you’re waiting time and money!
Inselaciune
Mi-au luat banii pe comanda insa nu au onorat livrarea. Nu ai cu cine sa stai de vorba, au doar un robot care nu face altceva decat sa se repete. Desi am solicitat de mai multe ori rambursarea banilor insa nu am primit nici un raspuns in acest sens. Foarte dezamagit de aceasta aplicatie. Nu recomand. Ma voi adresa si autoritatilor pt a sesiza inselaciunea.
Aplicatie mizerabila
Cea mai slaba aplicatie, supportul tehnic raspunde in 12 ore, comenzile nu mai ajuns, folostiti Tazz sau Glovo
Experiență groaznică
Am dat o comandă la ora 16:00 și o oră a durat să o facă apoi nu au găsit curier nici până în momentul de față după 2 ore, asistenta nu e bună de nimic nici să anulez nu pot din cauza “politicii lor” prima și ultima dată când am încercat să comand de la ei nu recomand mi am comandat de pe Glovo oricum nu mai vine de pe bolt food zice ca se caută curieri … nici ei nu vor sa lucreze pt ei
