Bolt Food

I ordered some McDonalds in Portugal, I just wanted to have some simple dinner. The delivery took an hour, and once I get my bag I realized the bottom was wet. I opened it and found that the drink was completely spilled, and my fries were wet because of it. Not going to use this app again :/

Terrible experience with the app. They just do not connect the experience well for ordering to delivery!

Everything was 50% off at a restaurant, so I filled my basket. Then the app says, “unusual activity detected”, and removes all the discounts. The only thing unusual is the app’s activity.

I try to order food but half the restaurants are unavailable because there aren’t enough couriers. I order my food and wait an hour just for it to say that my food is delivered. I look outside and my food was not delivered and there’s no way to contact the courier. I have only ordered off here three times but two times have been horrible experiences, the other one being when a courier was late. Never had these problems with any other food delivery. I try to go to the app support and I get nothing but a chat bot to talk to… need a refund for my 20 euros wasted

You pay for food at a “discount” which is actually just the normal price of the food. You then wait 2-3 times longer than the app tells you for the food to arrive. Your driver will stop at the mall and shop for himself while it gets cold. Finally the driver will arrive and give you someone else’s order from the same restaurant. You then spend the next several hours waiting for customer support to respond (they won’t) Now you have have no food, and no money. This has happened to me more times than I would like to admit I don’t know why I keep falling for it. I would need a lot of compensation from Bolt to consider using again

I connected the operator about an issue and waited on the line for over an hour , but they did not respond. They don’t care about their costumers!

После заказа я прождал 2 часа свой заказ который так и не приготовили , после обращения в Техподдержку, оператор с техподдержки просто сделала меня виноватой и сказала что заказ готов и мне нужно еще ждать. Но она не знала что ресторан мне перезвонил уже и сказал что заказ не готовили все это время! Техподдержка просто врала!

I think bolt gift cards will really go a long way

I would use app much more, if it had rating system not from 1.0-5.0, but from 1.0-10.0, this way it would be easier to detect quality restaurants, ones that really stand out

If there is a problem with your order, such as not finding a courier, you will be stuck talking to a chat bot. On three separate occasions, I did not receive my order for an hour after the vendor prepared it. If you have the option, I highly a different food delivery service. Bolt Food is one of the worst.
