None of the agents I talk through support solved my issue. I order 3 ride and none of them happened all payments were withdrawn from account and none of them returned. The agents asked to wait few days then 14 days then 30 days. Then asked to get bank statement I tell them this is credit card and my bank do not provide it but none of them understand. It is just shame shameeee!! Uber never keep such problems unresolved only bolt does this!!!!
