Систематически неточное место прибытия водителя . В чате невозможно отправить сообщение водителю . В результате отказ от поездки , приложение снимает деньги на затраты водителя . Потом надо обращаться в службу поддержки , описывать ситуацию, чтобы вернуть эту сумму . Если отказ от поездки произошёл позднее 2 минут с момента "прибытия" водителя , деньги Вам не вернут . Таковы правила компании Bolt.

Ехала сегодня в водителем очень осталась довольна приятный позитивный помог загрузить сумку в багажник ) огромное благодарность за отличную поездку

It is just awful. Drivers promise to come but then they cancel ride at the very last moment. Time of waiting is much higher than in any other taxi applications. And time of waiting is not accurate at all. You can not plan your trip correctly. Taxi drivers are not punctual and not honest. Bolt in Azerbaijan is the worst taxi app ever.

Не вернули деньги!!!!!!!
Так,как они делают,лучше не пользоваться этим приложением!!!!!!
Сняли деньги за поезду и за «авторизацию»
Пользовался приложением пару дней и сняли 4 раза деньги за «атворизацию», обратился в поддержку и сначала говорили в течении 3х дней поступят деньги, а потом в говорили в течении 10 рабочих дней, поддержка ужасная, такое ощущение что отвечает бот, никакого индивидуального подхода к клиенту нету. Покатался на 10 евро и сняли сверху еще 28 и так не вернули
