Bolt in Batumi
There are a lot of incompetent drivers in Batumi. They may smoke, wait long before they arrive, or stop near the boarding area (which is allowed), and you have to look for them. Almost everyone actively uses their phone during a trip (chatting, making calls, often making video calls, as a result of which you are visible to the interlocutor). Thinking that you do not understand Georgian, they tell you who they are taking, what you look like, they may use insulting words towards you in their native language, thinking that you do not understand what they are talking about. Speed limits are often not observed.

Систематически неточное место прибытия водителя . В чате невозможно отправить сообщение водителю . В результате отказ от поездки , приложение снимает деньги на затраты водителя . Потом надо обращаться в службу поддержки , описывать ситуацию, чтобы вернуть эту сумму . Если отказ от поездки произошёл позднее 2 минут с момента "прибытия" водителя , деньги Вам не вернут . Таковы правила компании Bolt.
