Last night I ordered car then I was waiting so long then I called driver doesn’t pick up me I cancelled after many minutes later so I need my money I contact robot I am not satisfied conclusion. I need refund.

ETA is always wrong
App will say “pick-up in 2 mins”, I will click, pay - next message: “driver arriving in 9 mins”. Every single time (and then they’ll still cancel)

vraiment pas ouff, c’est bien si vous avez tout le temps de l’argents mais j’ai achetez un pass à 3€ et on m’a dit que je pouvais pas l’utiliser car j’avais pas 6€ en plus je trouve sa vraiment pas ouff car c’est un pass journalier et je ne pouvez pas me procurer 6€ dans la même journée car je suis étudiant, du coup ça ne ma servis à rien. Plus simplement on m’a arnaquer de 3€ même si c’est pas grave en soi mais quand tu fait attention à chaque dépense pour pas rien manger à la fin du mois c’est vite fait soûlent quoi en plus le support me dit que c’est de ma faute bref.

Le pire service d’aide
Quand il s’agit d’avoir l’aide d’un support ne comptez pas sur Bolt. Le bot ne sert à rien et quand on réclame l’aide d’un humain il faut attendre au moins 3h. Si vous pensez avoir quelqu’un du support alors qu’on vous a chiper votre véhicule louer ou si votre compte est bloqué pour une raison et que vous réclamez de l’aide veuillez patienter 😉
