Great App & Good prices
Great for anyone travelling from Canada or America to Europe. For your information , I noticed that if you schedule a ride for later, the charges shown are usually pretty high compared to making a reservation real time.
Constant Cancellations
Great App, Wonderful and hard working Drivers. Extremely annoying though is how often rides get cancelled by drivers while waiting or ignored during the matching phase. I am also unable to easily see where to tip the drivers after the ride is completed.
For the price you might as well go with grab.
An app that fails when you double back on the same route, causing drivers to drop you off halfway. Drivers that supposedly have excellent reviews yet drive like a psycho Price gouging when it rains or during busy times
Can’t use the app in KL
Out of nowhere I receive an error message that the data are in an incorrect format. The app stop working since a few days. Tried to reinstall it nothing works.
Cheap but hard to use
Slightly cheaper than grab but hard to select the correct pickup point and sometimes takes forever to find a ride

I travel the world and ride with every ride app food app there is Nothing comes close to the service ,consistency and accuracy of Bolt !! Well done !🏆

Drivers frequently refuse requests
Unreliable if you’re catching a ride to the airport or train station. The user interface to confirm a driver is a nightmare. Each ride request charges the payment method without driver confirmation. Not only it’s very very hard to get a driver even with many within the vicinity, some accepted ones cancelled rides after 10mins wait!! There’s no way to provide feedback to these specific drivers.
