I regularly use Bolt app for city rides and I always have my dog with me. The drivers reject me often because of the dog. I really crave to know how can I see if the driver accepts dogs. They keep telling me they have in their conditions but I just can't find it in the app. Can anyone enlighten me where I can find the drivers conditions?
Zapomnel jsem si v aute boltu telefon a ridic me okradl a rekl ze tam zadnej telefon nebyl. Kdyz jsem mu volal tak neumel ani cesky ani anglicky jen ukrajinsky. A jeste na me řval. Podpora Boltu je uplne neschopná a nedokaze vyresit nic. Uz cekam cely den, nez mi daji info o ridici. Hruza

Ive used bolt drive for a while and always they come up with a penalty or smth and send it after 5-6 month by the time that u dont even know if u hd the ride or so
Po aktualizaci to ukazuje úplně někde jinde vyzvednutí než jsem. A to i o 2-3 km. Nejde to vůbec synchronizovat s GPS.

I just registered and it offered me a discount for first 2 rides. I didn’t apply to use it, however it does activate it by it self and it says I have one day left to use it. I think they know the same I know that I will not use it so fast. I don’t understand why such company needs such behavior and doesn’t let customer to decide when to activate discount. I’m so disappointed.
Support at the app was horrible, even though Anytime Carsharing has nonstop driver support
