Greedy, zero customer-focused
Last time I took a ride before deleting the app, the car had a huge screen with ads showing in my face on the back of the front seat. This is disgusting, unacceptable.
Don’t trust scheduled rides!
I booked a car in the evening to take my family to FAO airport at 4AM and it was confirmed. Then I checked the app shortly before that time and it said “driver could not be found” or something. I don’t remember seeing any notification on the main iPhone screen. We almost missed our flight 😡
Bad bikes, faulty parking system
Unless you are a confused tourist do not use these bikes. They are bad quality, and the parking is very tricky once you get slightly outside the city centre. You can end being charged fines or the bike cannot be stopped although you leave it in a bike park and you pay for a full hour. Donkey republic or other solutions are superior.

Happy with car but not 2 wheelers
I am a tourist. Every time I need to open my phone to check map directions. No phone holder. Sucks
Gps does not work and customer support is useless
I tried for 1h to park my bicycle, they cannot force it and the ride still goes on. They reply every 5 minutes and they have no hotlibe, just a chat. They have a long way to go
