drivers didnt even pick me up couple of times and finish my trip by themselves to complete more trips bad services no technical support
Unethical captain
It was my first bad experience with captain this morning, after he accepted the trip he cancelled it after 8 minutes of acceptance
They cancelled twice my ride and didn’t refund both!
One month ago, i requested BOLT riders twice and in both times drivers were going to wrong pick up points so they were cancelling, and i was getting confirmation that i won’t be charged. As this happens twice, i requested a ride from uber. Until today, one month ago, they didn’t refund the money which was deducted twice from my credit card!!

Awful experience
I arrived in Berlin 14 of January downloaded your app and ask gor s ride. Unfortunately the car never showed up,never call we waited 30 min freezing and i was charged 32.60Euros checked and confirmed by my bank I ll never recommend BOLT to anyone not only for my experience but also for not friendly user app and also i ll write on all platforms never to put their credit cards with BOLT Pls do something???!!! Thank you

Зробив перед замовлення, додаток пише машина буде подана в через 20-30 хв, думаю ну ок, добігає термін очікування кінця, а замість машини ми отримали, вибачте не вдалось, додаток, який може порушити ваші плани, НЕ Рекомендую!
