Terrible customer service

Having been a Bolt customer for many years and even feeling proud that a company that started in Estonia has grown into a successful international mobility company, unfortunately today I have to be very disappointed in the customer service of this company. It doesn't matter whether you are communicating with a robot or an alleged customer service representative, everything is mechanical and there is no humanity whatsoever when communicating with the customer.

Unacceptable service and no support from “support team”

Absolutely unacceptable service from Bolt. Verified my ID as I got new driving licence, and it was declined immediately, without explanation of the reason. Waited for more than 30 min for someone to assist me from support team, and they kept moving me from one agent to another. Then the last one did not guve me any explanation, nor advice how can I renew my ID. He just told me: “Your ID was declined. Have a great evening!” WHAT IS THIS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE?!?!?!?! DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Fraudsters - be aware - use other taxi

If You order Bolt taxi and diver can without any reason cancel your request then your money for this cancelled trip is anyway gone from you account and to order next taxi you most pay extra money and Bolt is using same scamm sceme again and again- and they return your money back during 1 week ( yes 7 days) or more! Owners of Bolt are addicted to casinos in Malta / Cypros - info based on local taxi drivers who drived them to the casino again and again. Its just opinion why they visiting casinos mayby they have business meeting there - who knows …. Now their next target is Dubai to scamm users….

Ужастное обслуживание , отвечают не по вопросу и не могут решить ни одну из проблем , постоянно у них чат бот который нечего не может номера телефона нет что бы позвонить и помогли тебе , короче компания плохая в пик накачали себе рейтинг а теперь не работают и люди скачивают думают что компания хорошая ! Не качайте из программу !!!!
