Nonexistent customer support
The service itself is excellent, but the support experience really brings the app down when issues arise. Unfortunately, the responses—whether from a bot or a human—feel indistinguishable, and too often come across as dismissive or even rude. It’s disappointing, given how good the core service is.

Incompetent support that fails to address the core of the issue and openly ignores the client, clearly showing unwillingness to help a customer left in a difficult situation due to technical problems caused by the company’s own services.

not possible to opt out of the spam notification “we just wanted to say we are here for you whenever you need us”

I swear to god Uber is more reliable than Bolt
Support response takes hours.
Support response time varies. Last time I contacted them at 13:50 and they replied at 02:30! And it did not solve the issue.

olen bolti kasutanud 2x: 1. auto tuleb teisele poole RAUDTEED, MIS ON MÄE OTSAS JA TARAGA PIIRATUD. äpp seevastu loeb auto kohalejõudnuks. teavitan juhti, et olen sõidu tellinud aadressile, mille tellimisel sisestasin ning mis on kaardil kuvatud st teisel pool raudteed, mitte sellele poolele, kuhu tema oli tulnud. härra karjus minu peale vene keeles (loomulikult on tegemist ka seaduserikkumisega, juht peab kõnelema baastasemel eesti keelt), sõit tühistati ja MINA pidin trahvi maksma. 2. tellisime auto tupiktänava lõppu (kus on mitmesuunaline liiklus). äpp loeb auto kohalejõudnud, kuigi see on two blocks away. hakkame autot otsima. 200m läbimisel näeme autot, teavitamine juhti, et oleme ta üles leidnud ning palume tal mitte paigalt liikuda (peame juhiga kõnelema inglise keelt, sest juht ei kõnelenud sõnagi eesti keelt, jällegi tegemist seaduserikkumisega). juht sõnab "selge" ning hakkab linnaosa mööda ringe tegema. MEIE pidime maksma trahvi. Mõlemal juhul lahendas kõik probleemid lihtsalt tavalise takso tellimine, kõik toimis kiiresti, adekvaatselt, viisakalt. misasi on Bolt? miks inimesed seda kasutavad?
