Φτηνότερη αλλά
Χρειάστηκα μεταφορά κατά τις διακοπές μου στο Λονδίνο. Είναι φθηνότερη από Uber και freenow αλλά αν βιάζεσαι χρησιμοποίησε αυτές καλύτερα, καθώς κάλεσα να έρθει και ακόμα περιμένω

Overcharges. Don’t trust the initially presented cost
Unjustified charges presented at the final invoice. Better avoid especially from/ to airports
Unsafe & No Support
We took a ride in Romania and the following things happened: 1) the car had no handbrake, so it was slowly moving backwards when we put our bags in the back. 2) the driver decide to put a big bag behind the back seats head. If we had to brake this could lead to an injury of the kid who were sitting in the back seat. It’s illegal to put anything heavy there!! 3) despite we contact and complain about the above to Bolt, except a short “we will contact you back soon” they did not respond anything else. 20 days later I am writing this review, hoping no other people live the same awful experience. I’ll never trust my trip again on bolt.
Higher price and not fixed
Initially I was informed that I would pay 648 baht for my ride to Phuket Airport and finally they charged me 905 baht . Plus, it was supposed to have a 30% discount which was never applied . I could have found a cheaper transfer myself. Liars!

The worst
Drivers calling you to ask the destination and then cancel. Drivers arrive, ask where you are going before allowing you to embark and drive away if the don’t like the ride. Drivers calling you to ask to move the pick up point at the airport. The list kept going on, so deleted account and stayed just with Uber. Scooters malfunctioning, causing injuries.Was a daily user. The worst app in here.
Absurd cancellation policy and app that doesn’t work for complaints
I was charged a total of 3 rides without even using the service, as the drivers kept cancelling and I eventually had to cancel as I was going to miss my appointments. Apparently this is considered my cancellation and I was charged the total amount. So disappointed. Worst Uber/taxi experience ever. The only thing I hated about Amsterdam.
