Bolt：預約搭車

This is a useful and great app. I went to Bangkok with my old mom. The app enables us to go to lots of places without communication problems! And we can call our private driver in preferred size of the car. That’s better than Grab!

System banned me for rejecting too many times. But I was the one who got rejected for many times.

***The app have no real CS and report function. *** I’m incredibly disappointed with Bolt. My first ride had a driver asking for extra cash to cover highway fees, which aren't included in the app. On my second request, the driver never showed up and then use chat tried to charge me more to come. For my third ride, the driver using different car with a different car plate, raising concerns about their identity. Each time I tried to contact customer service, the app only prompted me to report issues, but there was no reporting function available. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

- Ordered scooters with GF because rain - Destination 5 blocks away - Arrived at the first designated parking, app says no spots available despite spaces available - 2nd parking, parked the first scooter, then no more spaces - Finally, 3rd parking. Finished ride. Drenched in the rain from head to toe -> Ended up paying three times more than it’d have costed for a taxi. Could’ve walked and still would’ve taken less time. Nightmarish experience.

Driver in France cheated by adding waiting time to passenger to earn extra money and the apps platform not fully responsible to settle the issue.

I book a route A to B originally. Before approving B, I forgot something and need to go back, I tried to edit the destination back to A, failed, added stop failed, the reason was that I need to complete my journey to B before change (what??). After several attempts, I could add the stop to A after B. However, after a few minutes, the app ended my trip when I was near B, the driver said the trip was over couldn’t provide further service. I got off at B and they charged me the fee from A to B to A. I contacted the support via the app ( they don’t provide email or phone), the agent didn’t address to my point, keep saying the fee had no problem bcos my route was A to B to A. If they could really investigate my case, it is impossible for finish a trip in London less than an hour for 24 miles forth and back airport. I believe their system can track both the driver and my app location and see where was ended to prove, they didn’t obviously. Use Uber please!

Newly used Bolt in my trip to Portugal, I had 2 incidents that Bolt unreasonably imposed surcharges to me. First, I was in an outlook park, called a Bolt driver, they decided to ask the driver down the outlook and I had to walk 10 mins to the car, even more unreasonable is I to bear a total 23 mins late surcharge, equal to 20% of the ride charge. The driver told me to pin at the road instead of the park because whatever a mis-understanding, the customer bear the surcharge. Second, the next day, I pin on the drive way and waiting exactly at the pin and many car passed-by, the driver stopped somewhere else and told me he can’t go into the pin location with no reason. Again, I walked to the car and being charged with another extra 25% time penalty. It looks like a bit cheaper than Uber but when you added up their surcharge, it didn’t.
