- Driver often cancel the ride - Useless customer service, didn’t help at all

At Avignon TGV North exit, 24/5 17:00 originally got a driver to my hotel. Pickup Location is pinpointed on map (Uber/Bolt pickup point). However, driver is unwilling to go to pinned location, and insisted on another pickup location (Avignon TGV south exit). He was unwilling to compromise and cancelled on us. This left us stranded with no drivers for 20 minutes, as other Bolt drivers are in short supply. There should not be an option for drivers to cancel on their customers, and there should be priority for customes who were erroneously cancelled on by their drivers. Use Uber instead.

Possibly one of the worst apps to book a ride. I used this app for the first time when I was in Paris, trying to go to the airport. The lesson is never trust an app that you use for the first time when it is a serious matter! I booked a scheduled ride (5:10 pm) two hours before the pickup time and waited for someone to pick me up. At 5:00 pm, I was told a driver will arrive in 7 minutes. 10 minutes later, the driver still needed 7 minutes to arrive and he did not move at all!! He finally cancelled my booking so I booked another ride! I cannot cancel the ride even if the second driver still did not move at all! I turned to Uber finally and now I am finally on my way to the airport! It’s ridiculous that the driver accepted the booking but kept canceling! Is there no punishment at all? The support team is just an AI robot. Totally Useless!

Please upgrade app function users can send photo to bolt drivers

It would be perfect two more functions added. In-app translate Photo upload

I used it for the first time to get a ride as we were in a hurry. The driver arrived at the opposite street, saw us, and told us to go across the street. But he gave us poor directions and performed terrible service that when we tried to ask for directions on how to get to him, he accused us of wasting his time and cancelled our ride. Having been charged with the cancellation fee for no reason AND being late, I tried to seek support from the app, only to find myself in an endless loop of “find support team via app” and not finding any number or live chat boxes. The apple store comment is the only way I could ever leave a comment or complaint, which is ridiculous. Definitely NOT recommended!
