Driver cancelled my ride after 15 minutes of waiting 3 minutes before he should have arrived. The aelection algorithm and the workflow is a true mess. Nobody should choose this provider if they are really intrested to arriving to somewhere IN TIME.
I have ordered taxi through this application in Budapest. When I got into the car with all of my stuff, driver canceled the ride. So in the middle of the way I recognized and asked why he canceled it. Since we had language barrier he just said it is ok. But when I reached my destination driver charged me 7170 huf instead or 3K huf. I thought Bolt support has all data, so I didn't take picture of anything, but then figured out that support can't access the details. They asked me license plate of driver, which I have no idea about. So if you get scammed, take picture of everything you can, otherwise use Uber!

The driver overcharged me even though he admitted to his mistake (extra distance due to wrong turn taken), but the support bot was utterly useless and just gave me the same answer to any point I brought up.

ENOUGH! Those drivers are the terrors of the locals. I was almost rolled over by an insane driver who made a very dangerous overtaking, on the opposite side lane. They do not have any training, they are not respecting any satefy rules. Ordering a licensed driver is the same price so please please do not use them.
We need more cars here in Budapest because whenever you go on the app during rush hour it always says 'Taxi cars are busy now'
