While using the scooter í found the constant beeping every second to be incredibly frustrating. The incessant noise made the experience unbearable, far beyond anything I’ve encountered with similar services. It was disruptive, irritating, and ruined the ride. I don’t care why the beeping was, it as insanely annoying. Also the bikes only work 50% of the time.

The app tried to take another payment without giving me the first ride. I am definitely upset to the highest level possible for the unprofessional situation of this app that I can’t talk to a live person about it!!
