While using the scooter í found the constant beeping every second to be incredibly frustrating. The incessant noise made the experience unbearable, far beyond anything I’ve encountered with similar services. It was disruptive, irritating, and ruined the ride. I don’t care why the beeping was, it as insanely annoying. Also the bikes only work 50% of the time.
I just downloaded the app and had to use Bolt since the other scooter company is always on use. So for the first application you charges me 1000kr and when i let my son used it i am charged 1000kr again? why? Kindly check on this.
Avoid BOLT and use HOPP instead. They are unreliable, stealing money and customer service gaslight you. I don’t understand how they legally operate, scooters do not work at all.
You get the price in advance so there is no chance of the drivers to take a longer route to increase the price like in the “old days”. Wonderful app! Works well and easy to use!
Now after I start using Bolt, I once use Bolt Taxi when I’m travelling. It’s So easy to use and easy payment. Then the service is much better than the other ones. I am now In Budapest and Bolt taxis are much better.
Name is Michael. Currently today of June 19th 2022 I ordered a ride to the airport for my flight and I did not get the ride but my money was taken. The app tried to take another payment without giving me the first ride. I am definitely upset to the highest level possible for the unprofessional situation of this app that I can’t talk to a live person about it!!
We booked 4 different drivers and they all cancelled the last minute and we might miss our flight. Would not recommend this if you have to catch a flight. We lost 2 hours waiting for drivers that cancelled on us on the last minute.
We used it a lot in Budapest. Great service, good drivers, simple to use and we recommend this 100%.
