I experienced accident with bolt car because driver was using mobile and bolt don’t have either control or even monitor. Me and my family got minor injuries and I lost my eye glass and my son bracelet during this accident. I requested bolt at least don’t pay the fare amount SR 502 which was deducted from my account and compensate me but nothing. I suggest don’t use bolt.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
I had a terrible experience. The driver with Taxi number 071 looted me in Ganja Azerbaijan while on the way to Imamzadeh complex. I will never ever use bolt app.

all the fares are good in this application to take i have used all the other application but the bolt gives best fares and drivers are professionals
