Terrible, pathetic and stay away from this disgusting app
This is the lowest rung of the taxi apps. The scum of Dubai taxi apps. Unprofessional drivers, customer service from the Stone Age with the longest response times and quick to blame customers. Please stay away. One of the scams of Dubai. Careem is way better.

Fraud drivers and fraud services
The drivers are highly trained to rob customers. They will ask you to pay extra for toll charges in cash which is not the part of ride if you deny they start misbehaving and start rash driving. And very common thing before finishing the trip at drop point, they demand maximum fare which shows in app. And when you pay through cash after few minutes driver mark the ride as completed. You will get the invoice of lower amount but driver already took maximum. Customer service doesn’t work and give reply in the interval of 10 minutes. I will never come to thailand. Rude behaviour of BOLT drivers
I’ve been using BOLT for sometime, I’ve been using my card for payment, some drivers didn’t accept the card payment while boarding the taxi. One fine day, Bolt driver asked to pay in cash when the ride is complete, though I was trying to convey him that I used card for payment, he doesn’t understand and compelled me to pay the fare amount in cash. I ended up in paying the cash, the amount was also deducted from my card, I ended up in paying twice for the trip. I’ve reported the issue to BOLT no satisfactory action have been taken, so I stopped using BOLT now, I’ve spent nearly 2K Riyals every month in BOLT, I stopped using it. Bolt need to rethink about the customer rather than the driver.

I need the ability to send a picture to the driver on my whereabouts. That’ll help in easier pick up.
