Can’t get OTP
I’ve tried 5 times over the course of 2 days and never got the otp Instead I kept on getting the notification to validate my phone number????

Driver mostly cheating
I never trusted bolt anymore. Driver mostly cheated the money from ride never did. Driver reason is accident with the vehicle and asked me to cancel the ride but money deducted from my account. Disappointing!!! Its scamming The support in chat not helping the complaint!! Its bot support.
a must have when traveling to bangkok
Rate is much cheaper than Grab or Tuk Tuk. We always use Bolt XL due to the size of our group, the car is well maintained and the driver is always nice. As long as you pick clear pickup/drop off point, you will be fine. auto translation and map points could be improved (we sometimes have to pick different drop off as the one we want to is not available from the list)

Can’t resgister and login and i don’t receive otp from my +62 phone number
Cost effective and convinient
Other then a slight timing issues for drivers arriving. Bolt is a saver in so many ways. Love it.
