如果你在使用過程中發生任何問題，事後你找客服並不能得到應得的賠償，我在第一次搭乘使用了70%折扣卷，app顯示司機會在6分鐘後到達，我們等了大概20分鐘都等不到，最後司機開啟了旅程，我想辦法用訊息和打電話聯絡司機，怎麼樣都聯絡不上，我只好使用客服結束旅程，而客服事後退了我付的錢到app裡面而不是退回我的信用卡，不僅如此它也不肯退我使用的折扣碼，儘管我根本沒有搭乘計程車，客服仍然堅稱我已使用折扣碼，我等客服等了兩天，最終還是放棄了！我只能說我第一次搭乘就遇到不好的司機，但最差勁的是Bolt的客服人員！

I am using this app aboard and like it so far but sometimes I do not feel safe with drivers… a good update would be the ability to “favourite” drivers and once I am looking for a lift in the app, the app will first check if my “favourite” drivers are available.. this would make the experience more convenient and comfortable as I would already have had a good experience with the driver!(example , I don’t want my drivers to be smoking in the car, playing with their phones while driving..etc) thank you!
Bolt is simply considerably better than FREENOW, (in Ireland for sure). Faster, better value and much more pleasant driver experience. FREENOW is the awful, use bolt!!!
If you use promotions they add another fee called Time, which is if the taxi has waited for long time for you but they just add it to everyone. I was waiting my taxi outside already but was still charged with Time fee. This is a scam the drivers are doing! They get more if they charge from waiting so they just start the journey late making it look like they waited you. Never ever use this app.
Worst 2 taxi experiences I’ve had, one of the men started screaming on the phone about not being on the right street and was so rude and disrespectful, money was wasted, never got in the car, and got a 6 pound fee for it, secondly I ordered another taxi and he drove AGAIN a completely different way, I finally found him and texted him I’m 2 seconds away and he just drove off, money again wasted and stolen. Terrible male service.

Great app, easy to use and here in Lithuania there’s always drivers available, you never wait for long. If only it was fully rolled out across Ireland
