Couldn’t find parking Zones in an emergency on a Christmas day and no one was available to take a call.

Poor Customer Service
I am a customer with bolt since 2 years and I have had issues with couple of drivers scamming me for money without even ending the trip. The driver started coming at me for money which I was not supposed to pay. These drivers created a scene in the freezing cold and asked me to complain to the company if there is any problem with the payment. Reached out to the company, no proper response until now and I ended up LOOSING MY MONEY. Drivers are not educated regarding the service and scamming the customers as much as they want. My last time using bolt.

DO NOT USE BOLT
They may look like they have good rates, but the driver will always wait 5-10 mins before collecting you and then take off more at the jouney. My trip went from €23 to €29, even them taking an extra €5 on the trip even though they say is cheaper. I’m very upset with them scamming people and honestly use Uber or FreeNow, don’t touch this app!
