Worst customer service! I lost my AirPods in the car and i could see the location on Find My so i even have a proof that it was with him. I contacted bolt customer service however they simply ignored me. They didn’t even bother to contact the driver and tell him that i know it’s with him. And then they simply replied “we are not responsible for your lost items”. I had to search for the driver and go talk to him and he gave it back. He didn’t even know that i could see the location in the app! So my advice to you, don’t lose any of your items in the car, because no one will help you.
It’s impossible to change the route after the trip started (like you can using the competitore app) and I believe it’s an important feature because things change sometimes (like traffic or needing to make a stop to pick someone up).
The app always lies about wait time, doesn’t account for traffic much. It usually takes 2-3x the time it says to wait for the driver. Very slow. It’s very misleading and terrible at estimating time. Other than that it’s good.
Very good service. Fast and not expensive!
Our driver was an excellent driver. We enjoyed the drive with him. He was very talkative and intelligent.

Bolt has the worst customer support. They offer cheap prices but their product is so unreliable. I had them charge me many times without any driver arriving to pick me up. Tried to contact- literally no response
It’s been two times that the location of the pick up is different from my location so I have needed to walk to get to the pick up place. It’s so angry
Don’t use this app. They charging money in advance for service that you never get. Than they say it’s 14 business days until you get a refund and when you get it it’s to the app’s balance which you practically can’t use. Also they over charge for the driver’s wait, which is fine if the driver is really waiting. In my case he didn’t want to come to my place because it was to difficult for him to access.
