Bolt: Monopattini a noleggio

The “schedule a ride” button disappeared and for a 2h ride I’m not finding now a driver available to take it right now. I contacted AI and physical agents over the last 24 but they are not collaborative neither helpful in solving the issue (they continue to suggest me where going in the app to do it, but I don’t see the button anymore)

You can’t top up the balance if you have 0 euros in the account ?!? What’s going on and why can’t they do it easy and normal like the computation ?

Don't do anything on this app . It will deduct money from your bank card without your knowledge, and will deduct a lot more money from you! They are a robber and a liar. Don't be fooled by them!

I logged in with my phone number and made my first trip. Unfortunately, my account has been linked with someone else’s and I have been charged for their trips. No help from customer support, I have been advised to delete my account.

I used the app in Harare for taxis (always booked Bolt taxis thinking they are more reliable even when they were more expensive). On one of my trips, driver knowingly didn’t start the trip until the end and I was charged a huge waiting fee. I had reported this to Bolt during the trip itself but they didn’t take any action. On another occasion, the driver knowingly took another route and as before started the trip late - and my cost of the trip increased by more than 2 folds. The bolt customer care people don’t even respond and its been an awful experience dealing with them . Please use some other taxi service provider if available - bolt is the worst

quando ho provato a terminare la corsa mi dava che il monopattino era da un altra parte invece che dal parcheggio e quindi ho speso altrettanti minuti in più

Esperienza terribile!!!! Perso telefono in taxi a Varsavia, contattato in tutti i modi il supporto … mail form app…risposte automatiche da bot preimpostati….dopo 5 giorni mi arriva una mail con la comunicazione che il caso è stato risolto…per loro, del mio telefono nessuna traccia…MAI Più!!!!!!!

Manda taxi in posizioni errate perché dice che mi trovo in una zona in cui non sono. Ho buttato più di 20 euro per colpa dell’app
