Love that it’s got more features for payment, safety, support while making complaints and real time agent feedback and claim refunds!
Scam
Total scam,they first want you to to pay and when u pay the driver complains about the amount and urges u to add if u fail and cancel your money ends up getting lost
Payment
Some drivers take advantage of people after you’ve cleared your trip and paid btw on the app you get a message that you owe some amount of money since you didn’t pay the full amount and you paid before the trip started
Literally trying to steal my money
They are trying to force me to pay tripple my ride cost after i alreday paid for it💀
Unfair
My fee went up because the driver stopped to fuel during my ride this doesn’t make sense
